The latest draft of the Western Baltimore County Pedestrian Bicycle Plan has been posted online, and it’s up for review and comment now.
According to our friends over at B’more Bikes:
The plan is part of a county-wide long-range plan for constructing pedestrian and bicycle improvements. This phase of the plan covers the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th council districts in the more urban area of the county. The plan will guide future improvements to the county’s transportation network to better accommodate access by walking and bicycling. The plan also recommends supportive encouragement, enforcement and education strategies to promote safe travel by these sustainable transportation modes.
