If you’re like me and you stayed home during the Breaking Away movie night because of that ungodly rain, here’s your chance to redeem yourself. It’s take 2 of bike movie night, complete with a ride down a bike parking. Here’s the word from the event page:
Join Bikemore, Baltimore Bike Party, Race Pace Bicycles, and the American Visionary Arts Museum for a night of bike-themed, family-friendly fun!
First, meet at 6:30pm at Race Pace Bicycles (1410 Key Hwy.) for a FREE group bike ride around South Baltimore. This will be a leisurely ride of about 9 miles, safe and appropriate for all ages and ability levels. Helmets are strongly encouraged, but not required.
The ride will end at AVAM, where you may park in the Bike Valet ($5 suggestion donation; fundraiser for Bikemore & Baltimore Bike Party) and enjoy The Triplets of Belleville, the 2003 animated movie about a Tour de France cyclist.
This will go down next Thursday. RSVP HERE.
