If you’re interested in more liveable and bikeable streets in Baltimore, set aside November 13 now. That night, the Wind Up Space will host a town hall about cycling in Baltimore, and some powerhouses will be in attendance.
From the Facebook event page:
Join D center Baltimore, Bikemore, and the Baltimore Department of Transportation, Planning Division, for a design conversation and charrette about how cyclists in Baltimore navigate our streets, how we can improve street designs for differently skilled cyclists, and how to encourage cycling in Baltimore.
The evening will feature a design charrette to create user-generated information that will help inform Baltimore’s Bicycle Master Plan. Afterward, a representative from the Planning Division will lead a facilitated discussion and feedback session about improving the city’s cycling infrastructure.
Baltimore Velo highly recommends this event. RSVP here.
