Any tall guys need a new road bike? This might be it. You’d be hard pressed to find a better deal than nice lugged steel for $250.
From the listing:
I’m selling a Traitor Exile frameset in size 59. They are a company out of Portland, making some nicely designed bikes. It’s used and has some paint chips on the chainstay and bottom bracket, nothing too unusual for a used bike. This is a really nice riding frame, stiff enough through the bottom bracket for laying it down, yet nice and compliant like steel should be.
There is some pretty sweet lug work at the bottom bracket and the fork ends are lugged as well. I’m including the seatpost (27.0) and I have a headset I can throw in as well. I’ve owned it for a bit over a year, took it on long century rides as well as sub 24 overnights and it never blinked. I wish it was a little smaller, as I would be keeping it.
